How to enrol in MEDICAL Specialisation Schools

ONLINE ENROLMENT PORTAL

To carry out the online enrolment procedure for the Postgraduate Programme, go to the Online registration system And then:

  1. Register as an Applicant (Student)
  2. Confirm the personal account in the return email
  3. Log in with the named account you have been assigned and the password you have created
  4. complete the personal data
  5. click on the "COMPETITION REGISTRATION" button
  6. select "LIMITED ACCESS COURSE"
  7. select the Postgraduate School to which you have been assigned
  8. Confirm your personal data
  9. Click "NEXT" to bypass the request for any help to carry out the test
  10. Click "NEXT" to bypass the insertion of any "Declarations of disability"
  11. enter the qualification you hold

REGISTRATION COMPLETE!

Once you have completed the registration phase, check that your status is "ADMITTED" and proceed as follows:

  1. click on the top left
  2. click on "ENROLMENT" and complete the online pre-enrolment procedure
  3. click on "SECRETARIAT"
  4. click on "PAYMENTS" to download the PagoPA slip, the receipt of which must be sent (PEC) together with the documentation

According to the call for applications, D.D. 21 May 2021 no. 1205, art. 9 paragraph 8 letter C: "upon enrolment at the University, the candidate must show, in accordance with the procedures defined by the individual universities, documentation proving the possession of the digital identity referred to in the SPID public system". In this regard, in order to facilitate candidates and universities with regard to the aforementioned check, each candidate can click on the appropriate button "Verification of possession of SPID identity" on their personal Universitaly page to prove possession of the SPID identity and follow the various steps that will be proposed in the following screens.

The proposed link will take candidates to a login page where they must:

  • select the certifying body that issued them the SPID identity
  • enter their SPID username and password (N.B.: the data entered are recorded directly on the Portal of the certifying body and are in no way registered and acquired by the System)

The documents for enrolment are:

  1. Application for enrolment directed to the Rector;
  2. copy of the identification document and tax code
  3. Self-certification of qualification and registration with the Order (3B) for qualifications obtained abroad, a copy of the ministerial provision recognising the qualification must be delivered
  4. copy of the payment of the first instalment. The withdrawing candidate will not be refunded, under any circumstances, the amount paid
  5. documentation proving the possession of the digital identity referred to in the SPID public system
  6. A photograph in jpg format
  7. Health surveillance form signed for acknowledgment
  8. for doctors of the NHS, a copy of the document issued by the health institution to which they belong in which they express their consent to have the doctor carry out the training activity at the facilities of the School of Specialization at the expense of the same institution
  9. Copy of the Regulations to Person in charge of the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 30 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (insert only name, surname and signature);
  10. Residence permit regulations for non-EU citizens. Non-EU citizens must submit a photocopy of their valid residence permit and a copy of the language certification certifying their knowledge of the Italian language, corresponding to at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), issued by the accredited certification bodies belonging to the CLIQ unified certification system (Certificazione Lingua Italiana di Qualità)
  11. Decree of recognition (Title issued by the Ministry of Health)
