The Program aims to support the next generation of female leaders and promote gender equality in the world of finance." "Women in Finance Program" will provide female students with specific and concrete support to plan their professional development, to foster the development of their future career, identifying the right opportunities to improve their positioning in the world of work. The programme also includes training modules on gender enhancement, which are also open to Faculty students.
