Focus Team on Equal Opportunities, Inclusion and Organizational Well-being - 2024 edition

The Focus Teams project is one of the actions envisaged in the Strategic Plan by the Equal Opportunities Table and is developed in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Committee.

It is a social participation initiative to engage the entire university community and promote the culture of equal opportunities, inclusion and organisational well-being, also with the aim of identifying new specific actions on the subject to be implemented, in line with those envisaged by the Gender Equality Plan.

The initiative is aimed at students, teaching staff and technical-administrative staff so that they can be direct actors in virtuous processes of organisational change, both to spread knowledge of what already exists in the University in the field of equal opportunities, inclusion and organisational well-being, and to stimulate dialogue and discussion on these  issues, in order to generate creative actions that respond to the real needs of the university community.

Focus teams on equal opportunities, inclusion and organisational well-being launched

At Cattolica, the focus teams on Equal Opportunities, Inclusion and Organisational Well-being have begun. Professors, technical-administrative staff, students, are working to make the university environment increasingly equitable, inclusive and oriented towards the well-being of the entire community.
