The third edition of the Focus Team project on equal opportunities and organizational well-being has been launched.

This is a social participation initiative, developed in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Committee, which involves students, teaching staff and technical-administrative staff so that they can be direct actors in virtuous processes of change through the promotion and dissemination of an open and aware culture on the issues of equal opportunities and well-being in the University.

Focus Teams are an opportunity to stimulate dialogue and discussion in order to generate creative actions that respond to the real needs of the university community, starting from knowledge and awareness of how much and how the University already operates at these levels.
