Activity programme
The workshop is divided into three key moments:
- Self-Awareness: guided analysis to identify one's strengths and areas for improvement;
- Simulation of Group Assessment: practical test to experience first-hand the dynamics of a group interview;
- Debriefing & Feedback: guided reflection on what emerged during the test, with personalized advice from recruiters on how to enhance their relational and professional impact.
