In an ever-changing work environment, soft skills are a key element for building effective relationships, facing daily challenges and actively contributing to the growth of the team and the organization.
In collaboration with Princes Retail (formerly Carrefour Italia), this experiential workshop will accompany you to discover four fundamental skills for the world of work: Networking, Proactivity, Emotional Intelligence and Problem Solving.
Through a path structured in different phases — from the theoretical definition, to moments of discussion and practical activities in the classroom, up to the testimonies of young interns and in-depth studies curated by the Training and Development team of Princes Retail — you will be able to observe how these skills manifest themselves in the company and how they can be developed and enhanced over time.
The workshop also includes spaces for dialogue and active intervention by the participants, to encourage discussion, the sharing of points of view and a greater awareness of their transversal skills.
An interactive and concrete experience designed to strengthen interpersonal skills and understand the strategic role of soft skills in one's professional path, within a large reality in the retail sector.
