DUAL is one of the largest Managing General Agents (MGAs) in the world and is part of Howden, the sixth largest global insurance group, with over 23,500 employees in 56 countries. A distinctive element of the group is the employee ownership model, thanks to which about a third of the company is owned by employees: a choice that strengthens participation and a sense of belonging.
In Italy, DUAL operates as an underwriter in the name and on behalf of insurers interested in entering new markets, ensuring the complete management of the insurance cycle: from the construction of products, to the issuance and distribution of policies, up to the settlement of claims. Thanks to this model, DUAL is now the largest MGA in the non-motor non-life market in Italy, with over 100 employees, a network of more than 1,100 partner intermediaries including agents and brokers, 12 specialized business lines and the insurance capacity of 14 global carriers.

Requirements
Are you a graduate/recent graduate in Economics, Mathematics or Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence with an excellent knowledge of the English language and the Microsoft Office package and are you interested in positions in Information & Technology with a focus on AI or Subscription-business service management?
