Fondital opens the doors of its headquarters in Vobarno (BS) for a Company Visit dedicated to students and recent graduates interested in discovering the dynamics of a large industrial reality, with a specific focus on the Human Resources sector.
The meeting will offer the opportunity to deepen the management of personnel at 360 degrees: from selection and recruiting to training, up to the development of skills and administrative management (payroll office). Through direct discussion with HR representatives, participants will be able to understand the role of the intern and the paths of internal growth in the company.
The program also includes a visit to the production department to get to know the business context and a final Q&A session to interact with professionals and receive guidance on opportunities for employment in Fondital.
The visit is reserved for a limited number of students, with priority given to students enrolled in the LM in Pedagogical Design and Human Resources Training – Brescia campus.
A transport service organised by Università Cattolica is provided subject to availability.
