The initiative is coordinated by Prof. Chiara Frigerio, professor of the course "Human Resources Management and Projects" (LM Linguistic Sciences). The teaching of the course, in addition to providing the basic tools and skills for the management and development of human resources, includes a more interactive part in which students are asked to develop a group project work on innovative and impactful topics also for the human resources function.
The students will work in teams and will be entrusted to the supervision of the Cup partner companies which, at the end of the work, will evaluate the works by choosing two winning teams.
Projects will be evaluated in thirtieths. The winners will participate in the selections for an internship.
