Knowing how to negotiate means achieving one's own goals by reconciling them with those of others, it means managing the delicate balance between reason and emotion, it means increasing the possibilities of influencing the direction of events in personal and professional life. Knowing how to negotiate implies the activation of cognitive, creative and relational skills, which can be developed and improved through experience, knowledge and systematic practice.
During the seminar, useful advice will be provided to "learn to negotiate" in a structured way, enhancing one's skills to be able to face work and life flexibly and effectively.
