The event - structured in the form of an experiential workshop - aims to raise awareness of embodied awareness techniques and to start a discussion on how these can support the enhancement and maintenance of well-being in the life cycle in application contexts, also giving space to hands-on experience.
The event will also be an opportunity to discuss the neurofunctional and psychophysiological mechanisms underlying the skills of self-awareness and mind-body regulation, highlighting the importance of their interconnection and the crucial role that this synergy plays in the neuroempowerment of psycho-physical well-being.
