/ Overview

The graduate degree programme in Strategie per i contenuti digitali (Digital Content Strategies) trains professionals capable of designing, developing and coordinating projects for the various online platforms, combining analytical, creative and organizational skills.

The programme stems from the experience gained by Università Cattolica in advanced training in digital communication and develops in dialogue with the transformations of the media ecosystem and digital platforms.

The aim is to prepare figures capable of operating in a constantly evolving context, characterised by the integration of media, technologies and new forms of relationship with the public.

The programme is developed around three complementary dimensions: design, implementation and management. Students learn to analyze scenarios and target audiences, to define objectives and translate them into effective initiatives, using different languages and formats.

Particular attention is paid to the social, economic and legal aspects that influence the online ecosystem, to understanding the operating models of the platforms and to evaluating the results through data and metrics.

Alongside analysis and planning activities, the programme delves into the production of text, images, audio and video, offering preparation that integrates strategic vision and operational skills.

The training combines theoretical and applied tools and accompanies students along the different phases of project development, fostering a broad vision of the processes that characterise the presence of organisations in contemporary digital environments.

/ Study Plans

Choose your path

The graduate degree programme in Strategie per i contenuti digitali offers a curriculum that integrates strategic perspectives, management skills and operational skills in the production of digital content.

The programme accompanies students along all phases of online communication: from the analysis of contexts and the definition of objectives to the design of strategies, up to the creation and management of content for social media, digital platforms and cross-media environments. The architecture of the programme is developed around three integrated dimensions: design, management and implementation.

  • The first year is mainly oriented to the understanding of digital ecosystems, the planning of communication activities and the management of organizational and relational processes that characterize contemporary communication.
  • The second year , on the other hand, deepens the production aspects, developing skills in the creation of textual, visual, sound and audiovisual content and in the design of web environments.

The programme also includes activities dedicated to professional communication in English, the use of artificial intelligence for content creation and the development of transversal skills useful for entering the world of work.

The programme ends with an internship experience or a skills verification workshop and with the creation of a final portfolio that collects the projects and content developed during the two-year period.

Teaching methodology

The programme adopts a predominantly online teaching model that combines autonomy in studying, continuous discussion with teachers and colleagues and practical application of the knowledge acquired. Learning is developed through video lessons, interactive materials, exercises, collaborative activities and moments of discussion that actively involve students in the development of skills and in the application of knowledge to professional contexts.

The teaching activities integrate independently usable content, online sessions dedicated to in-depth study and collaborative work and intensive periods in presence reserved for laboratories, workshops and meetings with professionals. This model allows you to maintain a high level of interaction and participation, while offering the necessary flexibility for those who want to reconcile study, work and personal commitments.

A distinctive feature of the programme is the modular structure of the courses. Each training activity is designed as a complete and immediately expendable experience, with defined objectives, tools and testing methods. This approach allows students to organize their path with greater autonomy, enhancing interests, professional goals and time availability, without sacrificing the overall coherence of the training.

The training experience is accompanied by the support of tutors and lecturers, who foster integration into the learning community and guide students in the progressive development of the skills required by different professional contexts.

The programme is also part of the international dimension of Università Cattolica through the mobility and study abroad opportunities promoted by the University. Alongside traditional international experiences, students can engage with practices, languages and contexts of digital communication on a global scale, developing an international perspective that is increasingly in demand in the media, communication and digital platform sectors.
