The graduate degree programme in Politiche europee ed internazionali (European and International Politics) at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Campus of Milan, is a highly multidisciplinary path, which integrates economic, legal, political, sociological and historical skills to analyse the complexity of the contemporary international system.

The aim is to provide advanced tools to interpret political, economic and social transformations at global and European level, in a context characterised by continuous institutional and geopolitical changes.

The programme is part of the tradition of studies in Political Science and International Relations, expanding it with more specialised training oriented towards the challenges of global governance.

A flexible and customisable path is provided, with the possibility of building one's own study plan based on interests and professional goals.

It is divided into two profiles:

Teaching integrates lectures and innovative methodologies that include case studies, seminar activities, moments of discussion with experts and professionals and approaches based on collaborative learning and peer evaluation.

Particular attention is paid to the development of analytical and critical skills, which are fundamental for understanding global phenomena and their repercussions at European and national level.

The course also provides a structured connection with the professional world through a Technical Committee composed of representatives of institutions and organizations.

Finally, important international opportunities are planned, including the Double Degree with the Martin Luther Universität Halle-Wittenberg (Germany): 10 students have the opportunity to obtain two degrees, the Master's Degree in European and International Politics issued by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the Master of Science in Europäische und internationale Wirtschaft issued by the German partner university.
