/ Overview

The graduate degree programme in Banking e consulting (Banking and Consulting) stands out for its unique approach that integrates the banking and financial sector and strategic consulting, two areas that are strongly connected in the labor market but rarely united in academic paths.
The course offers targeted specialization in these areas, with a direct and continuous link with top-tier business partners.

Practical and immersive teaching, based on real business cases developed in groups and also evaluated by managers, is accompanied by a strong level of personalization, with dedicated support activities and constant attention to individual students, favored by the limited number of students.

Teamwork is a central element of the process and is structured to realistically reproduce the operational dynamics of consulting and banking, through heterogeneous groups, rotation of members and shared activities oriented towards concrete objectives.

The course is compact and work-oriented: teaching is concentrated in a year and a half while the last semester is entirely dedicated to internships.

Access is deliberately limited, with a selection that also evaluates soft skills and interpersonal skills, creating a cohesive and collaborative environment.

The training experience also includes collaborations with banking institutions such as Crédit Agricole, activities with professionals, development of transversal skills and technical tools, and innovative teaching methodologies.

Constant attendance is strongly recommended, an integral part of an intensive model designed to concretely prepare for entry into the world of work.

Programme structure

The study plan of the graduate degree in Banking e consulting is designed to integrate finance and consulting skills in a structured way, with a balance between theoretical soundness and practical application.

The courses are supported by real business cases, group work and project activities developed in collaboration with partner companies, to concretely reproduce the dynamics of professional contexts.

Each activity is designed to bring students closer to work in banks, consulting firms and corporate functions, through a progressive, immersive training experience strongly oriented towards entering the job market.

Teaching approach

The graduate degree programme in Banking e consulting adopts a dynamic and constantly evolving approach, updating content and methodologies every year based on structured student feedback, constant discussions with professionals and partners, company surveys and focus groups with professors and students.
The guiding philosophy is simple but effective: "If the world changes, the course changes with it".

The study plan is based on real business cases provided by partner banks and consulting firms, designed to make students experience the challenges and dynamics of professional work.

Teams tackle real-world problems by combining AI tools with analytical skills and managerial vision, while faculty and managers evaluate the results. These business cases form the heart of learning, preparing students for the pace, standards, and ways of operating in the industry.

Teamwork is at the heart of the programme: the groups rotate continuously to simulate the dynamics of consulting firms and banking divisions.
Students manage tight deadlines, complex problems and shared responsibilities, developing fundamental soft skills such as listening, collaboration, adaptation, humility and interpersonal skills, which are essential for dealing with high-intensity professional contexts.

The last semester is entirely dedicated to the internship, chosen according to the interests and inclinations of the students. The coordinating professor directly manages contacts with partner companies, ensuring fast response times and continuous feedback between company, teacher and student. This approach makes it possible to consolidate the skills acquired, consciously orient the professional path and facilitate an effective and prepared entry into the world of work.

The educational path offers the opportunity to carry out internships in international contexts where English is the working language and where the program partners boast consolidated relationships. The aim is to prepare students to operate according to the global standards and expectations of the consulting and banking industry.

The programme offers a structured set of extracurricular activities and practical workshops, designed to develop technical, digital and transversal skills required by banks and consulting firms. Among the main activities available:

  • Soft skills training: public speaking, teamwork and effective communication

  • Digital skills: Advanced Excel, Python programming, and quantitative tools

  • Logic applied to artificial intelligence: writing effective prompts and using AI as a professional tool

  • E-money

  • ESG assessment

  • Big data management

  • Practical applications of artificial intelligence

  • Intensive workshops on advanced finance, agile methods, data analysis and technical skills immediately applicable to business cases

The course programme offers meetings and testimonials with professionals, including informal moments such as the "Financial Spritz", in which managers, consultants and communication specialists share their journey and dialogue with students.
These experiences foster direct confrontation, confidence and professional orientation.
The campus also supports a daily and informal relationship with teachers, creating a cohesive community in which students get to know each other, help each other and share skills. The program's approach is based on ethical values, collaboration, and mutual respect, ensuring that no one is left behind.
