Cognitive-motor activity for the enhancement of attentional skills
under the patronage of CONI Cremona and Associazione "Sport e Salute" Cremona
The reduction in the ability to focus attention and maintain it over time is a trait that seems to characterize the younger generations and whose negative impact on learning and growth is often noted by adults. The workshop aims to propose to parents, teachers, educators, coaches and instructors, animators and rehabilitators a possible path to stimulate in children and young people the skills involved in attention: cognitive-motor activity. The workshop will present some approaches through which the inhibition of irrelevant stimuli, the control of impulsive responses and the management of attentional mechanisms can be enhanced.
