The initiative is part of the activities of the Personnel Management course, held by Professors Barbara Imperatori and Anna Maria Cova and is reserved for students who will face the evaluation process in ongoing mode.
The course offers a unique learning experience for those who want to really understand what it means to deal with people and work management. Starting from a real organizational need, the participants, accompanied by teachers and company representatives, will design an innovative human resources management and development initiative, defining objectives, operational phases, metrics, risks, budget and strategic value. The client company will assess the feasibility and value of the projects.
