Students from the course International Marketing: Strategies for the Global Marketplace, taught by Prof. Lala Hu, will have the opportunity to take part in an immersive experience at Giusti 1605, a company with over four centuries of history in the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and an example of Italian excellence in the international food industry.
The visit will offer students the opportunity to:
· discover the company, its history and production processes;
· learn about the distinctive characteristics of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and its production;
· explore how tradition, product identity and brand heritage contribute to building a strong brand;
· gain insights into the marketing, branding and communication strategies used to promote an Italian product in international markets.
