Strategies and dynamics of negotiation
The initiative is coordinated by Prof. Domenico Bodega and Prof. Anna Alessandra Michelangeli, professors of the course "Decision-making processes, negotiation and leadership".
The teaching of the course, in addition to providing the fundamental concepts, models, techniques and methodologies, provides for the participation of students in activities of "FIELD ANALYSIS of Negotiation Practices", with the aim of developing observation and analysis skills of complex negotiation dynamics in professional contexts.
Each partner company of the project will host the students in the company and offer them different opportunities for guided observation of negotiation situations.
Students will work in teams and, at the end of the activities, will produce a group report shared with the company and which will be evaluated in an academic setting.
