Afternoon 14.30 - 16.00

The afternoon workshops are reserved for university students, teachers and upper secondary school students who are particularly interested. It will be possible to enrol, choosing one of the laboratories listed, subject to availability of places.

LABORATORIES

The lab will offer an immersive experience with the humanoid robots NAO and QT. In fact, you will have the opportunity to interact and program the two robots with user-friendly software. This hands-on experience will allow you to explore first-hand how robotics can affect our perceptions, emotions, and social interactions. To participate, you must bring your own PC or tablet

The workshop will delve into the evolution of human-machine interaction, exploring the transition from synthetic research to articulated conversation with advanced language models. Through the drafting of detailed and contextualized prompts, participants will acquire essential skills to obtain precise and relevant answers, understanding the challenges and opportunities of this new form of communication in the age of artificial intelligence.

Maximum 20 participants.

Stefano Pasta

The workshop designed for teachers will try to bring out the dimensions of artificial intelligence literacy (cognitive, operational, critical and ethical) through practical activities based on the use of generative artificial intelligence. The aim is to reflect on the didactic competence of the teacher, thinking about the change in mediation, fruition and production of knowledge in progress.
