The future of the European Union and the prospects for the Brescia area
The Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the Europe Direct Centre in Brescia are organising a meeting to follow and comment live on President Ursula von der Leyen's State of the European Union Address (SOTEU), during which she will present the Union's priorities and strategies for the coming year, which will also have important repercussions on local policies.
The initiative is aimed at citizens, institutional representatives, public administrators, trade associations and stakeholders in the Brescia area. It will be an opportunity to explore together the implications of European strategies at the local level and to discuss scenarios and opportunities for the sustainable and integrated development of communities.
